Sam Oduwole
Chairman
Sam is an accomplished global financial leader with over two (2) decades of experience in the field of accounting, accounting technology and financial technology. He is a certified SAP finance consultant with demonstrated expertise across a wide range of complex specialties, including resource planning solutions and projects at the enterprise level for companies such as Capita PLC London, BAE Systems Applied Intelligence and Finance & Global Trade Solutions. Sam holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan, a Master of Arts degree in Business from Liverpool Hope University and an MBA from the University of North West, New York.
Babatunde Ajayi

Babatunde is a professional with over 18 years of experience in providing financing and structuring solutions to corporate and public sector clients in Africa. In the course of his career, Babatunde has led or participated in transactions with a total value close to $4 billion. In his most recent role, Babatunde served as Head of Capital Markets and Advisory Services at United Capital Plc, one of Nigeria's leading (and only listed) investment banking institutions, where he led capital raising and advisory transactions for some of Nigeria's leading corporates, financial institutions and municipals. He holds an M.Sc. in Finance & Economic Policy from the University of London and has Bachelor's degree in Finance.
Yemisi Shittu (PhD)

Yemisi is an astute economist and a Postdoctoral fellow/consultant at the International Food Policy Research Institute Abuja, Nigeria where she researched food insecurity, social networks, technology adoption, and other areas related to agricultural productivity and nutrition. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan, as well as a Master's degree and Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Studies from Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa.
Ahmed Sanni

Ahmed is a certified accountant with a strong background in economics and finance. He has over 18 years of experience that cuts across financial services, energy and educational sectors in Africa, Europe, North America and Middle East. Ahmed currently works as the Director of Finance University of Calgary in Qatar. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Lagos State University, and a Master's degree (with distinction) in Energy Studies from the University of Dundee, Scotland, UK. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified General Accountant, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
John Alamu

John A. Alamu is an experienced statistician, versatile entrepreneur and leader in the area of technology, finance, healthcare and agriculture. He is the Founder and Group Managing Director of CapitalSage Holdings, an indigenous conglomerate invested in driving empowerment and inclusive solutions in critical sectors that have the potential to transform the African Continent. Mr. Alamu holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta and a Master's degree in Statistics from Olabisi Onabanjo University, both in Ogun State.
Yvonne Akintomide

Yvonne possesses over 18 years' of experience spanning roles in Business Development, Relationship Management, Wealth Management in Stanbic IBTC, Leadway Pensure and Greenwich (Now Greenwich Merchant Bank) amongst others. Before taking up the role as Managing Director, she served as Head of Wealth management, at ValuAlliance Asset Management Limited - a member of the African Capital Alliance Group. She is a Certified Wealth Manager and holds a MBA from the Netherlands Business School.
